How to cast out demons? What are demons attracted to? That’s the most basic question anyone could ask, but it is a universal one. Demons are drawn to our thoughts, our emotions, and what we put into our bodies. They thrive on negativity and fear which are all very common in today’s society. I do strongly believe that your thoughts and actions create your reality. What we put into our bodies—through food, drink, drugs, tobacco and even the qualities of our mind—can have a dramatic effect on our health and wellbeing. Our thoughts create our emotions which perpetuate into physical reality.
For this reason, it is crucial to take control of how you think as well as the negative situations that can develop from being ill-prepared. In this article I will share some tips on how to reduce stress, get more energy and support yourself better with more mental clarity and bodily wellness. But you’re not that kind of person? You’re a good person who has their act together? Well then, you’re going to have to start killing your demons by smiting them with positive energy before they can even enter your life.
That might sound crazy or impossible but just trust me when I say that it is possible! Demons are repelled by positivity and if you stay positive, you’ll never have to worry about ever being possessed. Demons are jealous creatures and they don’t like when someone is happy without them. The best way to deal with demons is to stay positive and never be afraid of them! Say these affirmations out loud daily:
“I shall not live in fear!”
“I am a child of the universe vibrating in harmony, reaching for connection with all its parts.”
“May my thoughts and words bring peace to me, my family, my friends and my enemies.”
“I create the positive experiences I deserve.”
“All life is a dream I create through thought.
What are demons attracted to? What is in a demon’s diet? The answer is your emotions. Your emotions are what demons feed off of; they are their main source of energy and sustenance.
When we feel good about ourselves and the world around us, we send out positive energy that can repel demons; but when we are feeling bad and afraid it opens us up to having demonic possession. Demons love to possess someone who has hurt another. It makes them feel powerful and strong. Think about it, when you get into a fight with someone, do you end up feeling bad about yourself? Probably not, demons feed off of that so they can then use your feelings against you to get inside of your body or mind. The best way to keep demons out is by staying positive and fighting the urge to argue with others!
When we have bad things happen in our lives it’s easy to become discouraged, bitter and hateful towards everyone around us. We build up walls of negativity and fear that are perfect for demons to get inside of and use against us. The better we feel about ourselves, the less power those negative emotions have over us. Demons love to make you feel bad, but it is absolutely necessary for your success in life to be happy! When you learn how to harness positive energy, you can release whatever negative feelings you need to from your body. You can get rid of negativity by becoming a person who is always happy and feeling good about yourself! Here are some great affirmations:

“I am filled with light.”
“I accept myself unconditionally.
Those positive thoughts will cut off any demonic energy that might be attempting to enter your life. The Bible is a good source of positive quotes, as well as the Wiccan Rede. Any kind of positive prayer or meditation will work in driving out demons. Another helpful thing you can do to avoid demons is clean up your diet and start eating more fruits and vegetables. Demons are attracted to junk food and processed sugary foods which are full of chemicals that make you feel mentally sluggish. You must cut out all junk food from your diet and replace it with as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you can. All that sugar is very addictive, so try your best to stay away from it completely. If you have a sweet tooth, drink lots of tea. Many teas such as chai or peppermint have natural sugars in them that won’t give you a burst of energy like pop or candy but will satiate that craving for something sweet.
Stay away from alcohol and drugs. They wreak havoc on your brain and can lower your mental defenses, making you more susceptible to possession. If you have any addictions you need to get rid of immediately. Breaking the physical habit is just as important as breaking the mental one. You don’t want something or someone controlling you! This is for your protection as well as everyone around you. Sleep with a bible under your pillow, not a bible verse but an actual hardcopy of the book, because demons abhor books and if they try to possess you in the middle of the night, they’ll get trapped inside it!
Finally, don’t knock it until you try it! Meditation can be very helpful in protecting yourself from negative energies, especially if you’re a beginner. There are many types of meditation for beginners that can be done by anyone. The simplest form consists of just sitting comfortably with your back straight and legs crossed. Then close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing. Use your breath to focus on each part of your body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Then take a few minutes to relax and imagine yourself being healthier and happier than ever before. When your mind wanders, bring it back to the present moment and stay focused on your breathing. It isn’t difficult to stay positive once you get the hang of it!
As you begin to recognize your demons for what they are, you’ll begin to understand them and how they work. Demons are not human beings that you can talk to or negotiate with; they are evil spirits that thrive off of fear and torment. The Bible talks about this type of entity in both the Judeo-Christian epicenter and Eastern religions like Buddhism, Hinduism and Taoism.
